My fiancé loves her ring, we weren't sure on when it would be shipped and was told we would receive tracking, we never received any word but it just showed up after about 5 weeks. She loves it!

The ring was perfect, high quality and I got to choose the exact diamond I wanted. They sent me multiple pictures at request and then put the diamond I selected int he ring. My fiance loved everything about, the s&p diamond, the side stones, the cut the setting etc. My fiance even said the ring feels so comfortable and light but is well made, they never want to take it off. I am very happy with how it turned out. Thank you!

This ring is GORGEOUS!!! Needed resized and they were beyond helpful. The employee at the jewelry store we chose for the resizing made several comments about how awesome the rings were. Felicegals is one of my forever favorite companies now!

Ordered an engagement ring from this company from a third party website a few days ago. Third party website didn’t give me an option to customize or size my ring. I got ahold of their team and they were very fast with a response(within 15 minutes) and not only did they let me customize my ring after the fact they also let me size it. They were kind and courteous. Will definitely be ordering again from them in the future.

We were so lucky to have found Felicegals and knew immediately after finding their leafy ring designs that we found what we were looking for. I don't typically wear jewelry so when it came time to shop for an engagement ring I was overwhelmed. They replied quickly and thoughtfully with answers to my many questions. I asked my husband for a pair of rainbow earrings from Felicegals. He ordered them, and when they arrived they did not look like the picture in the website. The stones are sooooo tiny that you cannot tell that they are different colors. I contacted them about the difference and they want to charge me 90$ for a return for a product that does NOT look like the picture. I wish I could post the picture of the difference. *******UPDATE****** Customer Service contacted me promptly to address the issue I was facing. They not only provided a full refund for the earrings that did not meet my expectations, but they also surprised me with a stunning necklace as a gesture of goodwill. The necklace, adorned with sparkling stones and a delicate design, was an unexpected yet delightful addition to my jewelry collection. I genuinely appreciate their efforts to resolve the matter and exceed my expectations. They truly made a challenging situation right, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
