A software engineer couldn't get it to work. I spent 45 minutes just trying to connect to a set of lightbulbs, following their steps, then community tips when that didn't work, then couldn't control them via the app once they were connected. I bought a different brand of smart lightbulbs and got them set up exactly the way I wanted, timers and everything, in 7 minutes. Don't buy anything from Feit.

I spent approx. $100.00 at Walmart on fitting out my home with feit smart bulbs. These things are total junk! They don't hold memory well at all so when you tell Alexa to permanently change it to a certain color that might only work for 1 day or 111 days there's no reasoning to it. Then you'll turn on a light and it will just start going disco on you for no reason. Then about 75% of the time alexa tells us she can't make the light work or says it has been changed either color or off/on but it never actually changed. These lights are literally 1 issue after the next after the next after the next! Btw we have amazingly fast stable internet with whole compound backup power. This is NOT an internet connectivity issue.

I have four camera / spot lights around our property. I get constant notifications for a bunny or squirrel running across my yard. Or a branch swaying in the wind. BUT no notification when someone comes on to my property to steal a decoration from my yard in plain view of one of the cameras! Between 10:50 pm last night and 7:15 this morning someone came onto my property and took a decoration and no notification and no playback to show me what happened and when it happened. Why even have cameras if they don’t capture everything?

BOUGHT A FEW BOXES OF MOTION SENSOR WORK SHOP LIGHTS FROM COSTCO. ONE OF THE LIGHTS OUT OF A BOX OF 2 ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL WITH NO RESPONCE.

This is a terrible product. They disconnect from the network and are nearly impossible to reconnect. Do not buy these. They are terrible.

I purchased two Feit Electric smart cameras, about two years ago. They started out fine. I had my license electrician install them. After two years! I started having connectivity problems. The cameras disconnect and finally make it impossible to reconnect upon following the instructions and customer service support. Then Feit Electric customer support was not helpful. They asked me to send a copy of the receipt and the Model number. I went to Amazon and retrieved the receipt. Send the receipt and model number to the email address provided by representative Ian. It’s been a month since the email was sent. I even recommended Feit Electric to my sister in-law. Who purchased two smart cameras. She immediately started having connectivity problems. Never was able to resolve the issue. So, moving forward. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND FEIT Electric to anyone. Unless you wanted to throw your money away. Complete trash in every way possible.
