DO NOT ORDER THIS! This is the worst product with the worst customer service. I cannot believe I fell for all of the ads. Be suspicious of companies who do not offer a customer service phone line. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Hi Jenny, We are sorry that your experience was not a positive one. Unfortunately there are very few companies that offer support over the phone, and for good reason. If there is anything we can do to fix your issue, kindly let us know and we will respond within 24h. Thank you for your understanding.

I love the feet up. It is great for the core and balance. I first tried it at my gym & I am so happy to have one of my own.
