I received an incomplete and damaged…
Very disappointing experience. I received a chair that was incomplete and damaged, with deep scratches, missing parts, and one leg partially broken. I contacted customer service to ask what my options were, but had to wait a long time for a response. When I finally received one, the answer was very basic and didn’t actually resolve the issue. I requested further information and am still waiting, while being left with an unusable chair and no clear instructions on how to return it or receive a replacement. After all this inconvenience and poor service, I would at least expect a reasonable solution and some compensation. Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience. UPDATE:Unfortunately, the company’s response has made this experience even more disappointing. After posting my review, I received a private response from FeetUp® in which they accused me of “building a strategy to get a fat discount” and “inventing all kinds of issues” in order to squeeze money out of the sale. They also told me: “Please DO NOT buy products from us anymore” and said that my attitude had nothing to do with the “spirit of yoga.” I find this response extremely disappointing and inappropriate. I contacted customer service because I received a chair that was damaged, incomplete, and had a partially broken leg. I was looking for a reasonable solution to a genuine problem with the product — not trying to obtain a discount. I find it particularly ironic that the company chose to refer to the “spirit of yoga” while responding to a dissatisfied customer with personal accusations and telling them not to purchase from them again. The company is entitled to disagree with my review, but I believe customer complaints should be handled professionally and respectfully. Being accused of deliberately inventing problems simply because I raised concerns about a damaged product is not the kind of customer service I expected. This response has unfortunately made the overall experience even more frustrating and has reinforced my decision to share my experience with other potential customers.

Once in a while, we also reserve the right to be very disappointed in our "clients". Your photos show a ripped poster, which we would have happily replaced. We take pride in solving all our problems fairly quickly and in an uncomplicated manner - just as our reply to you made clear. Unfortunately, you didn't want your problem to be solved. You are one of those people building a "strategy to get a fat discount": Inventing all kinds of issues with the sole purpose of squeezing the last euro out of a sale, and making a scandal at the end and bragging about what you did. All sellers know your type, and we all hate you just the same ;) It's never about problem X or Y or making you happy, it's always about you having something to complain about and feeling you're doing great business at the expense of others. Please DO NOT buy products from us anymore. Your attitude has nothing to do with the spirit of yoga, and we definitely do NOT need you as a client.
