Great product!

Well made, shipped quickly and I appreciate that it didn’t arrive with extra plastic. As far as use of product, I’m 250lbs with a very weakened core from pregnancies and recovering from an ankle surgery. It took me about a week to figure out how to get myself into an inversion but I have felt my core steadily strengthen and back decompress. Point being, if I can do it, most people can!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the product being under warranty, it took an unacceptable six months for delivery. I had to make eight attempts through emails and follow-ups, which is unacceptable. This prolonged delay and lack of communication made me feel frustrated, undervalued, and questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience tarnished my perception of the brand, and I cannot recommend their products or services based on this ordeal. It's disheartening to think that had I purchased a new product, I might have received it within weeks. In today's market, timely and effective customer service is crucial for maintaining trust and loyalty. This experience has certainly cast a shadow on my perception of the brand, and I hope they address these issues for the sake of their customers.

I received the package promptly, which included a free gift (who doesn't love a free gift). I have been practicing the basic steps and have not been able to do a full inversion yet, however, the freedom in my neck just from step two and three is amazing. My shoulders actually hurt though-when on the pad, and this subsides after a few minutes- and it is like having deep bodywork on those upper traps from the pressure-very helpful in my case. Love stretching on it too and the cork balls are superb! Very classy and much better than tennis balls.

I love my FeetUp trainer! It was delivered super fast after ordering and was easy to put together with simple instructions. You get a great A3 poster with it which shows lots of moves you can do. I use it every morning and it feels great and really takes the pressure off my wrists. Thank you!
