I have paid for the attorneys at Federal Tax Law group for over 5 years. I was under the impression that they would have my tax concerns taken care of by now. I am still waiting. After being told over and over again that someone would call or email me back with updates. I gave up on this company. My five stars is for one lady named Stacey. Stacey is not my case manager. She was the person I was transferred to. Only one other person at federal Tax law group took time to help me like Stacy did. She looked up my account. Stacy did her best to try and comfort me after she told me the outcome. I sign power of attorney with Federal Tax Law Group. They were supposed to get my large balance lowered. Tax Law group didn't do that. I just paid them thousands of dollars to get me a payment plan. I voice my displeasure to emphasize how much Stacy did to comfort and calm me down. She checked in the next day to check on me and give me options on how my representative could help me. She did all of this and I'm not even her client. Stacy has gone above and beyond.

I would like to take this opportunity to say “Federal Tax Law Group” is a very professional, caring, understanding, knowledgeable, great listening skills, grace, and etiquette firm which I am so grateful to aid and guide me to completing my past tax filings. More specifically, my first contact “Jackie,” Belinda, Abbie, and utmost, Stacy -have gone way over their call to duty giving me allotted time to complete these past filings. Stacy, you have been more than an advisor on my case, but a true professional who had a heart of great kindness, understanding, listening, caring, patience and grace! Your ability to listen to the obstacles I am experiencing to deal with (family emergencies and near-death crisis) during these past few weeks and months – you have been astonishing! your case manager matters! This experience (taxes) is incredibly stressful to say the least (if you're reading this I am sure you are aware). My experience with FTLG started out wonderfully, as I struggled to supply all of the requested documents, the correspondence and communication was pleasant and my manager was available to me as needed. Some time a few months ago, after supplying all of the schedule C or P/L statements I began to wonder what the status was. I began receiving letters from the IRS requesting filings and specifying deadlines. In an advanced state of concern I began trying to get an understanding of the "plan" from my case manager. They unfortunately were constantly unavailable (usually due to personal days, sometimes due to internal meetings, or other client needs). During my calls to the 1 800 number I would often receive care from another individual who in turn would promise me to "look into it", "check with the tax preparer", "have MY case manager contact me" etc., I spent hours of my time waiting my the phone for return calls, email replies, etc. I can only imagine what the reasons for this were, but I would like to think it was just tremendous case load etc. 2 weeks ago, during one of my calls to the 800 number, somewhat in duress as we had missed the IRS deadline specified in a letter. I reached a case manager by the name of Leisha Sullivan. I can not speak well enough of to her quality of work, professionalism, and attention since having that initial call. She responds to emails, text and phone calls in a timely manner. Sets expectations appropriately, and often even notifies me of her unavailability or "time off". I have requested that my account be transferred to her for all primary contact needs. I believe this to be a quality business, with a real ability to help, I dont wish to speak negatively about anyone. only INCREDIBLY positive with regards to L. Sullivan. If you become unsatisfied perhaps request a new case manager.. My tax situation is currently unresolved and the process is ongoing. I will update my review as the process progresses.

Stacy was wonderful to work with. She has the patience of a saint! My experience so far has been wonderful 😊

If it weren't for Jamie, I would still be working 2 jobs to pay off taxes that was never gonna get paid off. Jamie Hayward is the kindest and yet aggressive tax lawyer you can get. I went from burnt out and almost losing everything to having peace with more money and more time.
