OMG! The worst place EVER! Please do not contract with these people. I am reading some of the reviews and my experience was the complete opposite. I paid these people $3,600.00 and all I got was a payment plan. Period. I only owed $11K, and after them it was up to $17K and I only got a payment plan for the rest of my life. Zero communication. Zero. I am sick to my stomach about this. I want to use another company, but now I do not have the money to seed. They suck. They.... are basically... thieves! Mary Stewart, Baltimore

*FRAUDS* They had a year and a half to help us get straightened out and they made things WORSE. Even the IRS hates them for lack of communication. We never knew what was going on, they never called us back, but they were happy to keep $10K of our money and nag us for more. We went back to our original accountant, who has it handled in less than two weeks. Never should have left. I cannot blast these crooks hard enough. STAY AWAY.

It has been over a year. Told not to speak to IRS. Just today received letters from IRS. No definitive answers. Paid a very good amount. Still waiting. I am leaning on scam.

If there were an option of 0 stars that is what I would have preferred since that what they earned. This is only my first complaint. I am hoping this will get somebody’s attention to prompt my refund! Not only did they cost me $14K, but they charged me $5K to do it! Plus, the duress of unanswered calls, emails, missed appointments & unnecessary documents! Worst company ever!

This company charges almost 5,000 dollars to do nothing to help with tax debt.Never trust any company from California

When I first spoke with them they said they were going to get my tax burden reduced. After paying 4k the send me an installment agreement for payments on the whole amount less $125 they got them to return. I could have called and most likely got that on my own. Run from these guys

Looks like my experience was standard practice. I paid for a review of my situation, the representative could not find time to call me back, so they gave me a refund. Except I've been waiting for over a month for it while their employee makes excuses and blames me, the client. Apparently management approval takes weeks, just like everything else takes too long here. I'm very glad I dodged a bullet. I eventually got a refund, that isn't the issue. It was the difficulty and ineptitude along the way that was a waste. Thank you for the reply but no thank you.

Not happy with how my situation was handled I feel they should have known better you filled taxes that did not belong to me I sent my w2s and I understand my master file said differently but know body ever asked and confirmed
