Good Experience at beginning....but after 1 year, it's been terrible.
My experience started out great as far as intentions for helping me. At first, communication was great. After about 6 months, when I finally was able to get someone to return my calls or emails, they resolved and set up plan. NOW, one year later, I'm contacted by IRS and found out they did NOT get the agreement they indicated to me and now NO ONE will answer a phone call or email. This situation has gotten worse because now they have all payments I made for a year to them to in order to resolve this, so I am also out that money. I'm still waiting on Lean'na or another "team member" to call me.
