I placed an order Dec 13th for an Xmas gift. I didn’t receive it until January 12th and it was not real. I ordered a essentials sweatshirt and sweatpants sz xxs mens when the pants arrived Jan 12th they looked like toddler pants for a 5yo I’m glad I refused the shirt and I pair with Amex on PayPal I will never order from again. I tell CS I refused the shirt and crazy CS responds saying we’ll send it back WTH lol these people are scattered brains. Never again. Fake clothes and terrible shipping and customer service is a robot no way a human responsed with an answer like that. A joke

I wish I could give zero stars. Just like everyone else here I placed an order in November and still have not received it. No response from customer service and no refund. Feature needs to be shut down immediately. At this point they are just stealing people’s money.

Purchased my items on 11/29, never received items and just got refunded today 1/17. I've contacted feature multiple times regarding my order and no answer. When I finally received an answer the customer service rep was extremely rude and unhelpful. It's simple communication and respect. If you oversold the item, say that. If you're running behind, say that. But ignoring customers for weeks.. even months is wild. If they communicated that my order was delayed but either offered a refund or to wait for it, that would've been perfectly fine. But ghosting the people that are supporting and feeding you is disrespectful. Do not support this business or shop here. Shut it down.

Purchased a pair of Ugg slides on 12/15. They were delivered on 1/10. When I tried to process a return, I was told the order had surpassed the 14 day return window. Seriously? Won’t make this mistake again. Feature sucks

The 15 day return policy is unfortunate. Most companies offer 30 days, it’s frustrating to have a company turn around and say no to a return that’s initiated in under 30 days time. I will no longer be doing business with this company.

Honestly after reading all the reviews , I was scared that I was never going to get my shoes . Today I received my shoes and I placed my order 12/23/22 . I placed my order a few days before Christmas , and online it said i would receive my shoes 12/28/22 and they never arrived . Today they arrived 1/15/23. Yes it took longer to ship than promoted on website , but totally worth the wait ! If you’re wondering if you should order I definitely recommend:)

Won a pair of shoes via Raffle, when the shoes arrived the mid panel was covered in white spores that resemble/are mold. Reached out via email 3 times, provided pictures. finally got a response after the 3rd email in which I stated I would bring my card company into play if I didn’t get a response. They denied my return and any issue with the material on the shoe, but stated I could ship the shoes back for them to take a closer look. Lol. Terrible business. Never again will I shop with Feature. CC company involved. Hoping to resolve this soon.

Don't hold your breath waiting for the shipment to arrive! Unbeknownst to me, the item shipped from Italy to the US. It has been 6 weeks and the item is still not here. Customer service tells me that the package was returned by the USPS but will actually not be returned to their warehouse (because it is in Italy?). So, they now want me to pay them more money to send another item. I won't wait 6 more weeks for it to (maybe) arrive. Now I am out almost $50 for the item I never received. This has turned out to be NO deal at all. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!
