Worst customer service. Won’t agree to return or exchange of a shoe which not a good fit. How can you sell shoes online and not accept a return ?? Worst store will never buy again

Love the products, but the shipping time is simply too long. Example: I ordered some items on 3/23/23. I am showing the items will not start arriving until 4/9/2023. With no explanation.

It was easy and the shipping was fast

My package never arrived but you all are saying Surepost had the package delivered and Surepost is saying they never had the package and the tracking information provided to me was invalid and when I asked about a refund or replacement for my missing item I was told I had to wait 30 more days before I could even file a claim with you all. No refund and no shoes. You all are the worst.
