The website was very easy and user friendly to use to book my trip

Ryan and Oliver were wonderful with helping book my flights, even modifying my reservation after to add two more passengers. They made sure that I was able to get my parents on the same flight as the one I was on. Great customer service!

Oliver was a great help to me in getting tickets for our Family trip. I am a senior citizen and he was very patient with my lack of computer skills. It all worked out very well.

Had a booking to visit my mom in Mexico, made other arrangement at work, tanning salon etc to have them call me about the pending reservation that jumped to twice the price when they said none of those seats were available -total scam and now I'm out of time at work and money spent at the tanning salon so might as well talk to the Attorney General about how a business like this can be openingly operating and ruining people's Christmas-can they sleep at night -sheesh! Sickening , parasitic and predatory

I found my tickets on the website, put my credit card and submitted it. Then I received a pending reservation email. I received a call from Tyler Grace who informed me of the situation and told me that the airline does not have economy seats and instead I will be in a cabin seats. Tyler was very helpful and took the time to explain the situation. It end up paying extra money but I have my same flight details which is date and time. They did not charge me the first time. Tyler also called me again to confirm that there will be 2 separate charges on the credit card that will not exceed the amount that we agreed on. Also, even though that I paid extra, still their prices was the least on the web. Thank you Tyler Grace. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because I was seeing the right details on the website but in real life, seats were not available. Other than that everything else was a good experience

Due to holidays, Cynthia called me that at the price point no more seats were available however she found an alternative that works great.

FBC team provide me a decent offer of an airticket lower than the market price. I knew they worked very hard on this and really appreciate it.
