Been using Fathom for a while now and it's become one of those tools I don't think about anymore, which is honestly the highest compliment I can give a piece of software. My whole team runs it on every Zoom call, internal and external. Recording, summary, transcript, all sitting in one place. When we need to go back and pull something up, it's there. That's been huge for us. Every so often a client will come back six months later swearing up and down that we discussed something we never discussed, or that they never agreed to something they absolutely agreed to. I don't argue about it anymore. I pull the recording. Conversation over. The other thing that sold me was setup. I run a fully remote team and I didn't have to walk a single person through it or loop in IT once. Everybody got themselves up and running on their own, which almost never happens. Not much else to say. It does what it says it does and I'd recommend it to anyone whose job is mostly meetings.

Fathom has completely changed the way I handle meetings. Instead of trying to take notes while staying engaged in the conversation, I can focus entirely on the discussion and let Fathom capture everything for me. The summaries are accurate, well-organized, and highlight the key action items, making follow-ups much easier. It saves me time after every meeting and ensures I never miss important details. If you're in back-to-back meetings or simply want to be more present during conversations, Fathom is a game-changer. Highly recommended!

I love how Fathom summarizes each point during a Teams or Zoom meeting. The Fathom notetaker sends each person attending the meeting the meeting notes as soon as it is over. As a secretary of an association, it is a game-changer. I can still pay attention to most of the meeting and not have to worry about missing any notes.

Seamless integration and reliable transcriptions have made Fathom a staple in all of my customer discovery calls. It's been great to not only get an accurate transcript to use in customer proposals, but it's also been great for training to improve the sales pitch/delivery.

Fathom is a great IA Note Taker for Teams Meetings. Our sales team has been working with this tool and the minuta it sends through emails are wonderful.

I like how it can literally capture everything. Summarize and create Actions, Updates and etc on meetings. It also captures the whole zoom meeting even if internet is not working properly on your end.
