I've tried at least 4-5 other AI meeting notetakers, and Fathom is by far my favorite. It's really easy to add to my Google Meetings and find recordings and notes. I get the recap within a few minutes via email. It only took me about 5 minutes to set it up when I first tried it. While other notetakers are too detailed and give me a whole essay to read (super annoying), Fathom provides only the most important information in short, easy-to-digest bullet points. I like that I can change the summary format depending on the type of meeting (1:1 vs. project update, etc.). I hesitate to share this because I don't want Fathom to change it: the free version is incredibly generous. It doesn't limit recordings by time, like other notetakers, but by the number of calls. So, you get five free calls each month with AI summaries. That works perfectly for me right now. I mostly use it for really important meetings to ensure I don't miss anything. I know that if I need it for more than five meetings a month, I'll probably upgrade. I feel much more present at meetings. I'm able to just listen and focus on understanding rather than being preoccupied with making sure I jot down all the important things I hear.

Time Saver It's easy to have it record even when a meeting isn't scheduled. Had a long meeting with a client yesterday and instead of getting behind in the conversation to take notes, I was able to add highlights to review after the call. It takes better notes and I would and I like having the option to ask AI questions about finding specifics in the converstaion.

Great notetaking and summary. It's very accurate.

It has a two step process: Step 1: Install it Step 2: Forget about it Because it does everything without me having to constantly manage it. It enters chats. It records. It summarises. It shares. It. Just. Works. I wish they could do Hindi and other Indian languages.

Fathom has seriously BLOWN me away! I was skeptical of all these "meeting notetakers" and it took me 4 months before I even gave Fathom a chance And boy, I wish I had got Fathom sooner! Not only does it make recording meetings a breeze but the quality of the actionable summary at the end has increased our efficiency and hand off to the sales team I am super satisfied with using this tool to make my notetaking and meeting summaries more efficient and meaningful

So many things! *It was super easy to set up and is even easier to use. *It works without any problems or glitches and I use it for every meeting now. *I love that I can choose the format of the notes Fathom sends me. *Getting a list of action items for myself and other participants is a huge win. *I like that I can have the notes sent to just me or to everyone on the call. It helps me catch everything that is said in a meeting, particularly action items from each participant. That's extrememly important when I'm consulting with a client or working with my team.

Fathom Zoom Note Taker is a game-changer. It integrates seamlessly, works quietly in the background, and delivers clear meeting summaries and action points right after every call. I love how it shares notes with attendees and gives me a place to review past meetings whenever I want. It even pops up with reminders before meetings—super handy. I use it for every meeting now. It’s the best AI meeting tool I’ve used, hands down. I’m more productive, more present, and way more organised after every call.

The app is excellent. It greatly assists in meetings by providing insights and generating a complete transcript of everything that was said. It really helped streamline internal processes at my agency. I'm very happy about that.
