Easy to use. Integrated seamlessly and the free version has very little limitations

This software has become indispensable for me. It solves multiple challenges and saves so much time and energy. Fathom summarizes my meetings with clear take-aways, tasks assigned to the correct speaker/participant, and accurately assesses talk time. With those tools I am able to quickly update all participants, log the purposes of meetings and the agreements that resulted and share task assignments. I can easily track the who, what, when, how and why of each meeting and keep a log of when critical challenges have been addressed. With the video links included in the notes, I can easily jump to the relevant areas in my recording to review. Finally, customer service has been proactive in helping me get the most out of the software.

Fathom has saved me hours at this point. The transcripts are such a great feature. I can also ask it questions when I don’t remember certain parts of the meeting. It organizes answers for reports and generates them in a nice format.

Mir gefällt am Besten, dass ich nicht mehr mitschreiben muss und die Zusammenfassungen alles Wichtige enthält. Da ich auch Meetings mit persönlichen und finanziellen Daten habe, kann ich selbst entscheiden, bei welchem Meeting ich den Bot zuhören lasse und wo nicht.

Love that the app is so precise with its note taking function.

It is very Easy to set up and add to already scheduled meetings. it provides value as I can focus in the meeting instead of taking notes.

I affectionately call Fathom my personal assistant, because it allows me to stay fully present and engaged, knowing all the important details are being recorded accurately. The team behind Fathom is just as impressive. Their responsiveness and dedication to resolving any issues is unmatched. It’s one of the smartest investments I’ve made.

Fathom is a fantastic product. Very easy and simple to set up and start using. It has made our meetings so much more productive not having to take notes. The notetaker creates a recording of the meeting but even better provides transcripts of the meeting within 10 seconds of the meeting closing. Better still it will summarise the meeting according to the type of meeting recorded. A great product
