FathomReviews of fathom.video

I was recommended Fathom from an associate and was not disappointed. The depth and accuracy of the summary and actions are hugely impressive.

Fathom is a great meeting productivity tool that works across Teams and Zoom. The quality of note taking and recording is great. It has a lot of value when you are invited by someone outside of your organisation. What I also like is the fact that it can share a copy of the meeting summary with all participants.

My experience with the routine team meetings I need to hold has been much better and quicker with Fathom.

efficient, effective, costly

I love Fathom! For starters, it's so simple to set up and it's so simple to use, even if you're a non-techy person. I've tried other AI notetakers, and they were complex, fiddly and annoying to use! And I'm pretty good with tech! Fathom is so much easier and saves me a ton of time. I love how quickly I get access to the call recording and notes. Literally within a second of the call finishing! This has been a game-changer for me time-wise, as in the past, I had to wait for the Zoom call to download, and then I had to upload it to my own system, which sometimes takes hours, depending on my internet speed. The call notes and transcript are fantastic! I've lost count of the number of times I've said something on a call that would be a brilliant piece of content or had great ideas. Things that were brilliant in the moment. But then, either forgot them right after the call or the moment was lost. But with Fathom, having the call notes means I can be fully present on the calls and not have to worry about taking a bunch of notes. Plus, I can use the call notes and summary to repurpose and turn things I mentioned on the call into content pieces (of course, I never use any personal or private information from calls!). I highly recommend Fathom.

When my meetings start, I just have to launch from the fathom button and all my notes and todo's get emailed to me. I get to sit back and engage in the meeting rather than worrying about taking notes.

Many tools are not build from a user point of view and that's the major rason they end up failing. Fathom helps to solve real issues when we work remotely and have the need to ensure we track each aspect of our day to day. Not only do the type of tasks many humans dont want to do but also brings intelligence to the way it strcutures the content. I honestly believe this is one of the best tools i saw until now in the AI space and that everyone should try it out since it will nd up using it always!

It has changed the game by being able to record my meetings, it has great insights and the transcript is super accurate.
