Needed a VAT refund
Needed a VAT refund, after submitting the form, support got back to me very promptly and with clear document requests. After providing the said documents, support processed the case very very quickly and painlessly and processed the refund the very next day. It was an extremely pleasant interaction and simple and painless process. Very happy with service, thank you so much.

Ik heb al tot 3 x toe een automatische betaling via paypal gekregen van iets dat ik nooit besteld heb . Gelieve dit te annuleren aub . Opensubtitles VIP + I do not wish to Donate an Additional Amount Nooit besteld . Dus zal ik dat ook niet betalen .

Excellent Service
I purchased a "MixingStation" license product, most likely I clicked too fast w/o detailed reading and purchased for the correct brand but probably the wrong type. A quick and friendly mail to FastSpring support explaining my error solved my issue in less than an hour putting me in contact with the correct stakeholders. Amazing ! I had an excellent experience with FastSpring's support team. I recently purchased Auto-Key 2 from Antares Audio Technologies, but the software had significant technical flaws and failed to detect keys accurately, which is its core purpose. Despite providing clear technical evidence of the failure, Antares' customer service was dismissive and refused to provide a solution, hiding behind a strict 'all sales are final' policy. Fortunately, FastSpring, acting as the Merchant of Record, stepped in. They handled the situation with total professionalism, reviewed my case, and mediated a fair resolution by processing a refund. If you are a music producer, I highly recommend buying through stores that use FastSpring. They are the ultimate guarantee that you won't be left stranded if a developer's software doesn't work as advertised.
