So I'm still currently in process of finalizing my divorce, I was gonna wait for it to be over first before reviewing. But after I got my documents notarized they sent me a bill for a fee I already paid. And when I sent them the receipt for the fee they ignored it and my follow up email regarding it. Since I chose this site since they said with in 22 days and I actively started on this mid May. And I have no financial or children custody arrangements.

I called and left a voicemail after waiting the 3 weeks after submitting the required forms and doing the notary session. I logged in and my case was closed even though I hadn't paid all the dues, it said I had. I got a call back and was put on eternal hold as they "looked into it" I've requested a call back. I'm so confused.

Stay far far away. Scammers.

They sent my husband documents to fill out and claimed they sent them to me as well but I never received them. When they claimed to have sent them a 2nd time but I still didn't get them in my inbox or junk, I offered an alternative email address. I never received anything there either. That same day, my husband received an email that I had completed my document and approved his so that he could move forward with (and pay for) the notary. I still had received absolutely nothing from this company outside of their responses to my emails trying to get the documents.

The only issue I had is when I needed to get in touch with them, email is the best method. Response time is a little lagging when you are a bottle of nerves and want an answer, but I suppose no different if you were calling an attorney's office waiting on a response?!? No other hidden fees, just make a decision to do everything electronically and set the money aside. Within 3 weeks I was divorced!! Thank You FastFLDivorce

No tech support and they will not help you or answer any questions on how to get or file any of the paperwork then if it take to long they don’t store your case and want you to pay again they ignore your emails and make up there own terms and conditions

It has been around 6 months that this divorce had been being handled by this company, and my attempts to schedule with the E-notary that they utilize have been useless as the site that is set up, to which I was sent a link in my email, has no ability to actually schedule the appointment. In addition to getting a divorce and the stress of that, I have lost my disability income and food assistance until this is resolved. I find this to be absolutely ludicrous
