The 3 week for $199 is a lie. The notary for my exhusband did NOT send in the paperwork and it had to be done again. Final cost was over $800 NOT $199. Jessica was the only good thing about this. Took until Jun 24 to finalize, that is over 3 months, NOT 3 weeks.
