Do not hire this company!!! They didn’t file my paperwork for two months after I paid the final processing fee. Then they tried to gaslight me by saying I still owed them the final fee. I had to hold these people hand every step of the way. Nothing was automated, nothing was easy, and I was constantly emailing and calling to check on why something wasn’t done. Do yourself a favor and either do it yourself or hire someone else. If I could rate them negative stars, I would.

Fraud!!!! I will be reporting them! It’s always one fee after another fee…. We keep paying then finally they send me a email stating that we need to pay the court fee of $500 but it can only be paid via cash app or money order mail to an address!! Out of curiosity I google the address and it was a bogus address. Scan! Scan! Scan! I will be contacting my bank to get my money!!!

We have paid everything that they’ve asked for we’ve given them all the information that they needed we’ve paid for the extra notary. No one from the notary department will get a hold of us. We have contacted them multiple times. We are both very frustrated at this experience and are looking at trying to find a different attorney to complete our divorce because they will just not do what they said they were going to do, definitely do not recommend

This service helped us complete our divorce without any lawyers involved primarily because my ex wife and I settled on terms before filing. The process took about 3 months from the date of filing until it was finalized which is really fast from what I hear. The only hiccup was that I had everything notarized but had to redo it because you have to use their recommended notary. Otherwise it was a fast seamless process. Thank you.

As an idiot, I started and paid the first half for a case, then waited hoping to repair the marriage. A few months later, put in my information and it started another case number. So, I reached out to their customer service(or whomever answers the "info" email) regarding the situation stating the case number in question. The responses seemed automated at first, stating to check my bank account for proof of payment. So I screenshot the email which i received for the payment receipt. I then received a response that they will not talk to anyone but the person who started the case and that I needed to contact them from the email associated with the case.... I was... hence where the receipt email came from... Anyway, long story short. Don't use this service or pay anything if there is a chance you fix it or want to give it time. I was trying to finish filing but on the case number I had already started and paid for. They would have been paid more to finish it if they had actually been helpful.

I would not recommend anyone to do the process with this company FastFlorida Divorce - I regret applying my case thru you! The prices aren’t like they promise at the start , always something extra showing up and it needs to be paid . It looked quick at the beginning and after they received their payment fee - just forgot about me for 3 weeks . Horrible customer service , no one ever available to pick up the phone , when finally returned my call - they say that they are just a customer service and they can only help with basic questions, they don’t have an access to see the time frames , they don’t have power to do anything about my case - only promise to contact someone who should “review” my request. It’s absolutely not “ fast” , they are slow and they can forget about you , I been calling them several times and only after I would have some things moving in my case . Unprofessional, very bad service, a very bad company, definitely do not recommend to do your work with them , I wish I have read this review before I started it By the way , I am doing my diverse since April and it’s not even in the court yet , so tired from all of this Special impression from their employee over the phone who recommended me to “ talk “ to my spouse and “ sit down and decide all the questions together” , the lady must be not really realizing where she is working and why do ppl contacting their service .. poor

THE 3 WEEK PROCESS IS A COMPLETE LIE, IT TAKES THEM UP TO 2 WEEKS TO EVEN RETURN YOUR CALL. NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I would absolutely stay away from these people THEY WILL QUOTE YOU ONE PRICE, AND CHARGE YOU ANOTHER PRICE. WHILE THEIR WEBSITE IS SHOWING YET ANOTHER PRICE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT( HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE) . Extremely unprofessional they claim to have a customer service department, but everytime you call you are going to get the same person and they literally can't do anything to help you. If you have a question or an issue that needs to be addressed they will tell you to send an email. THEY ARE COMPLETELY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE DURING THEIR VULNERABLE TIME.

I started my divorce 4/10/24 It was supposed to been final in 3weeks. It is a uncontested divorce all papers signed and notarized all fees paid. I was then told it had to be efiled more fees paided to century legal for efiling to court of clerk, I did this then told 4-6weeks it would be finalized give them time due to low employees in court system. I had to contact fast divorce again after waiting then I was sent a proposed judgement paper 6/03/24 address to judge, now they are asking me to wait another 4-6 weeks due to low employees. Then how is everyone else getting their divorce in 3 weeks on here? I have no children or alimoney reqirements no contest all agreement and signed notarized papers. This should have been final by now...frustrating. I would advise to go to a attorney if you can afford to do so. P.S. You have stay after them to see what is going with your case. I can only hope this divorce is final soon I paid a total of $860 all fees.
