Corporate Direct has been an absolutely amazing company to work with. I have used this company to establish multiple corporations (the right way). Anyone can go to their secretary of state or to a "fly-by-night" company to establish a corporation, but having attorneys such as Garrett and Ted Sutton work on structuring your corporations the right way from the beginning can make all the difference in the world. For those that understand the importance of Wyoming LLC's and Nevada C-Corps when protecting a business or asset, I do also want to note that these attorneys are very familiar with Wyoming and Nevada laws. If you are looking to protect your businesses or assets with people that know what they are actually doing, this is where you want to start!

I’ve worked with Corporate Direct for more than 10 years, and they’ve always been efficient, organized, and easy to deal with. Recently a new issue came up, and Garrett understood the situation within minutes. He put together a plan for the best asset protection setup available given the circumstances. Working with Garrett is great: he doesn’t over-explain, spin out long unrealistic scenarios, use scare tactics, or monologue to run up the clock the way a lot of attorneys do. He gets to the point and gives you a plan that works. I can’t say enough good things about him. Once the plan was set, he handed it off to Savannah to carry out. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with anyone that fast and efficient. From my first call with Garrett to having my new entity fully set up and operating took less than 48 hours. Other than Amazon, I can’t think of any organization I’ve dealt with that works that efficiently. Highly recommend.
