Normally I manage issues on my own. But after a recent core system update, I got a scary looking warning every time I launched FastestVPN and even though I logged in, all VPN protocols would fail to make connections and not work at all. After several uninstall, reinstall, fresh download from their website, and reboots, I was still at the same position. So I contacted their customer support and Frank, after reeading my concern, promptly assisted me and resolved the issue. THANK YOu FRANK. Great Job.

I was checking out FastestVPN as a potential replacement for Windscribe. I've used Windscribe for the past 4 years and it works fine. But their customer service is horribly rude! Jesse helped me set up a test account so I can try FastestVPN. It didn't configure correctly at the beginning, so he walked me through the troubleshoot patiently. Eventually we got it to work and I'm going to buy a life time account here. So long Windscribe and hello FastestVPN! Technically I haven't used it yet, so I can't really say much about the connection quality, etc. But for now I want to give a big thanks to Jesse for his excellent customer service.

Chuck was very responsive and quick with his replies. The service that they provide is great. Never have any issues connecting. Love having multiple connection sites as well.

Frank was very persistent in resolving my issue. He used maximum effort and patience to resolve my issue. Which was not a straight forward resolve, of which he never gave up.

If anything goes wrong, Just contact their customer support team. They are pretty good people and also have knowledge about multiple devices. When I browse and allow the website to find my location, it can't. Most VPNs I've dealt with are not this strong.
