I signed up after a competitor's service had expired as this sounded really good. Unfortunately I found that the speeds just weren't as advertised, and certainly weren't good enough for me to use for work. The website said money back guarantee so I contacted them. After some pushing to get me to try different things they said they would refund. 10 days later still no refund so I checked up, and they went straight back to giving me more info on things to try, so they hadn't even attempted to process my refund. Once again eventually told they would refund and still nothing. Fortunately I paid with Paypal so I opened a case against them and got my money back. But please be aware of this if signing up!

been impressed with this service and customer support. and as a lifetime member, i believe i made the correct decision. this was installed as a backup vpn, to another, but it has migrated to be my primary VPN and i have not renewed the other service. Good to fastestvpn....

I love FastestVPN. But the most current Android TV app removed settings to change protocols etc. Please consider returning those options as we found that extremely useful. Thanks !
