FastestVPNReviews of fastestvpn.com

I lost $40. Their customer service refused to refund me and insist on troubleshooting on issues that only they can do.

Very fast response, my issue - the app going back and forth between "Checking" and "Connecting...." - was resolved to y satisfaction. Thumbs up for excellent customer service.

Amazing VPN service and team. I had a problem with a server and they resolved very fast. Thanks Adam and Team! If you are thinking about an excellent VPN, I suggest you subscribe FastestVPN.

Quite a poor VPN especially if in Australia. They really do not cater for Australian customers with only Sydney to choose from with locations. The speed is also horrible with it sitting around 2MB/S and I have 500MB/S internet. I would not recommend this product at all

Appreciate easy to understand answers but candid response. Its good to be able to ask questions and get sufficient responses, unlike services like TMOBILE -- which have repeated stated "we are upgrading antennas, we will check back with you in 3 days --no call start over. Also like that every question got a response, not an overall response. Customer service in chat is 5 star in my opinion, and chat is always my first option.

Fastest VPN is an excellent product. Their rates are reasonable and their servers are fast. I recently had to contact customer service and they were quick in providing the resolution. Very happy with this app

Good VPN product, taking seriously the privacy. The features worth every cent. No matter whats you do for living, when you are on travel, you must get FastestVPN service for Linux,MacOs,Android,IOS and more devices etc. I loved it! 100% recommended.

I was using different vpn's of the big providers in the past and took the risk to go with fastest VPN. I purchased it over Stacksocial with a lifetime account. After ordering i couldn't connect with the app. I wrote to the customer service an email and got an answer and solution in 1 hour ! Wow ... they are great ! Now connect some of my devices with manual wireguard conf. files. The speed is great ( up/download ) What can i say ? Fantastic support team, fantastic service and a fantastic VPN. Thank you " Fastest VPN "
