I was unable to use my camera or mic. The text messenging system only listed my comments NOT the doctors. I was connected to 2 doctors at the same time and couldn't get responsed from either. Dr. Patel finally called after I provided my phone number. He stated he had been continually texting, also he had completed the letter and sent it. I only received email stating doctor would review and respond within 48 hrs. Check Patient Portal, I tried unsuccessfully 3 times to open the Portal - it never opened. 10 minutes later I did receive the letter Dr. Patel sent. I have been using this service for 3 years and never had any problems until today. Thank you Dr. Patel for calling me and affirming your approval of my request. I'VE BEEN ASKED TO PROVIDE ADD'L INFORMATION FOR THIS REVEIW TO BE CONSIDERED GENUINE. THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS A COMPLETE LIST OF THE ACTIONS TAKEN DURING THIS ONLINE VISIT. I'M NOT SURE WHAT ELSE I AM SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE. AS I STATED, THIS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE SYSTEM NOT ANY OF THE STAFF.

It’s a scam I can’t even use the letter that was given to me

Highly likely a scam. Have not received a letter since paying and can not get in contact with anyone via any method, email, chat, phone. update: I emailed the parent company and eventually got a letter delivered to my email. They did also answer to confirm the authenticity

Anything but fast, its been four days since i was promised my letter, the doctor told me i would be sent my letter in 24 to 48 hours and its been longer than that. I was told i would receive my letter via email, then i reached back out once i didn’t receive it and sent an email to the support desk as recommended and STILL haven’t received it. Very scam like behavior, no one answers the phone numbers or replies to an email…all chat bot. Highly don’t recommend unless you want to be scammed $150 or have untrustworthy communication.

Dr. Krasne was very nice, professional, and helpful. The website was easy to navigate from logging in and setting up appointment.

The entire process was quick easy and the therapist that called me Robert he was amazing and so sweet and super helpful. I’m very grateful.

The company delivers what it promises. Filling out the forms and setting up appointments was easy and straight forward. Customer service was great. The only issue was that logging into the account was a little difficult cause the links to set up a password that would automatically sent to me were not working. But with the help of customer service I figured that out too.
