The patches are wonderful however be prepared to wait about a year for delivery. First order I waited a year and attempted communication multiple times - she would often wait a month to reply and was nice but had a million excuses and would say my package was on the way. Wasn’t true. Shame on me I placed another order after waiting a year for the first and it’s been 8 months of waiting. I’ve sent 2 emails since September and no reply. It’s unfortunate because her work is great - but she is not a great business owner and I’m left feeling taken advantage of and like a fool.

The quality of the patches are top notch and beautifully handcrafted. The communication on the production could be much better. Perhaps knowing up front when to expect delivery would have made this a better experience.

I love Fast Doll so much! Everything I get from here is better than the last, and I appreciate the wide array of treasures to discover. I've purchased everything from a DIY embroidery patch kit to a mirror that I adore. I can't wait to see what I find next

These products are really top notch! The quality of the clothing is really nice and her hand embroidery is absolutely steller! Overall this seller is really wonderful. There was a hiccup with my order and processing. Took some time to sort things out but everything came thru and Caroline was sweet to include the cutest pin to help make up for the delay. Thank you again!
