I placed two orders for three patches. Never received them, I contacted the seller several times, was always told my orders will ship shortly. Six months later, it took a lot of work to get refunded the one patch ordered on her web store but never got a refund for the two patches ordered on her Etsy shop (now closed). She ripped me off

Update: Refund was issued. Ordered early December. No mention of longer lead times on their site. Communication has been spotty since late December when I first requested update. It’s now end of Feb and I’ve requested a refund multiple times. No communication

I am a single person operation and did not mean for these delays to occur or for your experience to be anything less than excellent. I am doing the best I can, and issued a refund as quickly as I could once I realized that you were unhappy. I even offered to send your item in addition to the refund to try and make the situation better. I do appreciate your feedback and am working to be more efficient with communication every day. Zero communication. Zero confirmation of purchase. Tried to contact her via instagram and also her website. My friend also placed an order with her and never received the products. Very unfortunate. Her work looks great and I was really looking forward to them.

“Fast” in name only. Ive never in my life had such poor service or an order turn into such an odyssey. After initially contacting Caroline about an item she had listed on etsy, she offered her website as an ordering option. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER SITE! You will be helpless. I ordered from her site. I was helpless. I never received a confirmation or any communication at all. I eventually started messaging her on etsy every month or two and invariably got the same promises and excuses. Over and over. To the point where I suspected I was chatting with a bot. I finally (surprisingly!) got my order after OVER A YEAR! And I only got it because I ordered something inexpensive through her etsy in order to leave a review. If you want a nice patch and a hobby for the next year, you have come to the right place.

Hi Reid — I really hope that you know that I am doing the best that I can as one person operation who is very overwhelmed and I hate that you had to experience this. I’ve had to endure some of the worst events of my life this past year, and I appreciate how kind and considerate you have been. I’d really love the chance to do something for you to hopefully improve your reviews, but I understand where you’re coming from. Hopefully you are happy with the patches — I do make every one of those by hand with a needle and thread and without a machine. Thank you again for your consideration. I’m just doing my best and trying to run my business as best I can. Again, thank you for your honesty and candor. I am going to learn from this and continue to move forward.

She’s an absolute scam artist. We engaged about a custom order over 10 months ago, order was solidified 7 months ago. Never delivered. Update refund issued after being blasted on instagram.

I had placed an order November 2022 and it didn't go through until December. After 2 months I sent an inquiry asking about status of my package and it was alway something,excuse after excuse her patches seem cool but I'm going on two years and still no package delivered.

The patches are wonderful however be prepared to wait about a year for delivery. First order I waited a year and attempted communication multiple times - she would often wait a month to reply and was nice but had a million excuses and would say my package was on the way. Wasn’t true. Shame on me I placed another order after waiting a year for the first and it’s been 8 months of waiting. I’ve sent 2 emails since September and no reply. It’s unfortunate because her work is great - but she is not a great business owner and I’m left feeling taken advantage of and like a fool.

(You and I both have no idea why this is labeled as Christine) Update as of 12/15/2023: We have been in touch recently and I know that you have received both orders + extra items and are happy with them! Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do help the situation. Thank you again for supporting my one-woman small business. I know we have been in communication via email concerning both orders and that the first order was received after an unexplained delay mid-transit with USPS in another city that we saw while tracking. So glad that first finally made it to you! I know that was frustrating, as those delays often are. I can absolutely have your order out to you on Monday and would be happy to expedite your shipping as well as add a couple of extra things for your time and trouble. Please know that I do all I can tirelessly every day to keep my business going and I feel terrible for your continued wait. I placed an order over 15 weeks ago I have yet to receive. I have been back and forth with Caroline multiple times, each time she has promised to get my order right out and has never followed through. I am a big supporter of small business and I recognize this is her livelihood, so it saddens me to leave this review. However, this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a small business owner. Her designs are cute, but either she’s incapable of running a business or she’s a scammer.
