UPDATED: THIS IS TOTALLY FRAUDULENT. They have been sending me emails saying they will only process my refund if I change my review. Why would I do that. I am from the Philippines. I was surprised to see charges $20.22 and $10.49. I was told that this was for a membership with qualifying discount of up to 80% but hey, what am I gonna do with clothes from Cyprus? I ain't rich to shop for imported items! They appear so sketchy and I think they are a fraud. I was told and I also received an email that a refund has been issued and I should wait 5-7 business days. And so I waited. Today is the 14th business day and this Kobe I chatted with told me I should send them an email to get this issue escalated. Like what? You stole money from people and we have to plead for a refund? I specifically asked for a supervisor to chat with me and fix this issue. All the agent did was say, okay, okay, okay.. He was probably hoping I just hang up or leave the chat.
