I needed support with my membership and Bob is in touch and helping to resolve the issue.

JOIE helped me with my concern with utmost kindness and handle it very efficiently because I am very upset with my account. but for the Fashionshop, not so much of a great experience. I have ordered 2 items already an deducted cash on my card but the parcel never arrive that Is why iam very upset. Plus asking me to pay a membership fee is unacceptable. wish to refund my money, but nevermind, i dont want any hassle.
