First order... successful... super easy

Great customer service

I have to agree with the last rating. Very slow to answer emails or respond to the uploaded documents. I called their customer service and finally got some help but that was after 2 weeks of waiting on a return email.

Worst customer service. It requires to submit your business license, invoices, and other documents that are sensitive, but too slow to update my account. Had emailed several times over three weeks but no responses so far. Even attempted to contact them via Facebook but no reply. Forget it, I am unsubscribing their service.
