Unfortunately
Unfortunately, our experience with FashionGo has been extremely disappointing. We placed an order through one of their vendors, McColin, and when there was a significant issue with the order, getting a reasonable resolution became incredibly frustrating. We reached out multiple times trying to resolve the situation and even offered to return the merchandise. Instead, we were told the vendor would not accept a return and that a 25% compensation was the maximum they were willing to offer. We asked for either the ability to return the order or at least a more reasonable partial refund, but neither option was accepted. One of the reasons businesses use a wholesale marketplace like FashionGo is because you expect some level of support and protection when purchasing through vendors on their platform. When a problem arises, small businesses should not feel like they are stuck with merchandise they are unhappy with and have very little recourse. This experience has definitely made us reconsider ordering through FashionGo in the future. I would strongly recommend that boutique owners carefully research individual vendors and their return policies before placing a large order, because being on FashionGo does not necessarily mean you will have much protection if something goes wrong.
