Placed an order for a few lingerie items from this vendor. Items felt low quality immediately. We have purchased similar items from Shein and found the quality to be about the same, but for a much higher cost. The sizing is very inconsistent from piece to piece, varies wildly. Attempted to return two pieces just to find out that only store credit is available. Replaced the two items with another two of equality low quality, very disappointed. You can purchase the same things from Shein for 80% less so don't bother with this vendor.

I expected the quality to refect the price such cheap material absolutely not worth the money very poor material so disappointing they do not answer emails I would avoid buying from this company when you are expecting a beautiful item and you receive cheap and flimsy items and I know a return would be impossible a very upset customer

I purchased a few pieces for an upcoming boudoir shoot. The Anna bodysuit had bad stitching that skipped the laces so when on, the lace looked torn. The Ember lace bodysuit and signature lace robe are so pretty, but the quality of the lace is sub-par for the price. I'm scared to wash it. Website says they offer refunds/exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. It's 26 days and my orders are showing that refunds/exchanges are not available. Also, the sizing seems much smaller than what's provided on the size chart. I ended up only using one piece for the shoot of the 4 ordered. Disappointed.

I bought the Reyna body suit wore out once for a special night with my husband then hand washed it did not even dry it as I never do with my lingerie and it totally fell apart. I sent info to them with pictures and they said sorry but since you wore it we can't do anything for you! How rude! Wish I could upload pics on this!

This store claims to be a high end lingerie brand when in fact they're just selling TEMU type rubbish with a very high price tag. Wish I read reviews first. I did get my refund after they tried to push store credit. Absolutely do not recommend!

Its all from shein!! No more text needed..... Items for 70 euro, can be bought excactly the same for 7 euro on shein! 😳😳😳

Appalling quality. Wrong size even though I followed size instructions. Unable to return. Told to cut it in half and only able to order from a select few items . Not sure if that will be terrible too. Feels like a scam as then received an email saying you don’t need to send the item and hope I’ve donated it to someone : makes no sense whatsoever . Avoid at all costs!!!!

10/19 update- after reaching back out to their customer service noting how the item still hadn't moved (according to the tracking link), they did respond and apologized for the delay. They also said they would escalate my order, and true to their word, it arrived 5 days later. The items were in great shape and was as advertised. I appreciate the company making it right in the end, but 22 days from initial ordering to receiving delivery is a bit excessive considering it was shipping in the US. 10/9 - So far, not impressed. I placed my order almost two weeks ago, never received an email stating it had shipped but realized I could find “tracking info” by clicking my original order confirmation email. The tracking info kept saying it was at a partner shipping facility and USPS was still awaiting the item. It has been “updating” almost daily with the same info, and says pending. After 10 days, I emailed their customer service email requesting an update on if the order had shipped and when I could expect the tracking to update. They responded with a generic copy paste response saying the order had shipped and included a tracking link. They didn’t not answer my inquiry as to why it keeps saying it’s pending and stuck in the same location (Jamaica, New York). I have sent a follow up email asking for clarification but at this time, I cannot in good faith recommend ordering from this website. We’ll see if my order actually arrives before the end of the month.
