poor, waited for over one month for the items to arrive didn’t realise they were coming from China! Poor quality and fit I wouldn’t waste your time and money.

Shame I didn't get to Trust pilot before purchase :( I tried to Google search for the photos and it didn't show anything anywhere else so I assumed good maybe they are a good quality store.. just for the price of shipping thought I would have the exact same stuff from Temu! Can't believe that those shops have no bloody shame! I will go here for every single shopping it seems.

The company do some nice bits but I would advise not to order if you are in the UK and need to return items. I ordered some items in February 2024 I needed to send back. They do not offer free returns. They wanted me to destroy the items and I said that I would rather send back. They gave me an address in the US to send back and this item has been stuck in customs since then. I am not sure it will ever get there so I have lost the money I paid for those items as well as the cost to return.

Placed an order for a few lingerie items from this vendor. Items felt low quality immediately. We have purchased similar items from Shein and found the quality to be about the same, but for a much higher cost. The sizing is very inconsistent from piece to piece,varies wildly. Attempted to return two pieces just to find out that only store credit is available. Replaced the two items with another two of equality low quality, very disappointed. You can purchase the same things from Shein for 80% less so don't bother with this vendor.

I purchased a few pieces for an upcoming boudoir shoot. The Anna bodysuit had bad stitching that skipped the laces so when on, the lace looked torn. The Ember lace bodysuit and signature lace robe are so pretty, but the quality of the lace is sub-par for the price. I'm scared to wash it. Website says they offer refunds/exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. It's 26 days and my orders are showing that refunds/exchanges are not available. Also, the sizing seems much smaller than what's provided on the size chart. I ended up only using one piece for the shoot of the 4 ordered. Disappointed.

I brought two items . They were amazing quality however the straps on one of them had been sewn in with a twist so didn’t lay flat . I have contacted the company on many occasions and via many routes. No customer service email etc is visible to customers . No one has got back to me. It’s a shame that to actually have a lovely product but then have bloody awful service wrecks their ability to hold customers

Took a while to get here but when arrived the fit is very poor. On their site it states in the reviews that sizes are good but they are so bad if your big chested.

Good quality items but unfortunately just another company contributing to fast fashion. I was unable to exchange my items and had to cut them up despite being brand new, what a waste.
