Took forever way longer than promised and then at the last minute withheld almost half the amount promised because they thought I wouldn't pay the taxes. Avoid them.

We encountered several issues in our application for a jumbo proprietary reverse mortgage that had to be resolved before we could go to closing. With the able and patient help of our loan manager, Scott Zmikly, those issues were resolved one by one in a clear and understandable manner. Without his expertise, we might have abandoned the procedure in favor of another HCEM loan that would have been much less suitable.
