FAR worked for me. The parameters of a reverse mortgage are pretty much the same, a big difference is who you work with. My representative was Randi Schwersenska and it was a pleasure working with her, she was great. If she ever makes it down to Florida I'm buying.

While we were VERY happy with our FAR loan representative, the strict restrictions of the company's underwriting prevented us from completing our loan.

Joe DeAngelis was our main representative during the entire transaction. As first timers this was a long process and when it seemed confusing, Joe walked us through it and simplified it for us. Additionally, all of the other people involved were very professional and helpful as well. Since it took all of 4 months and when it seemed it would never end, Joe kept us informed and assured us that everything was on schedule. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Joe DeAngelis as an agent for anyone who is thinking of a reverse mortgage.
