Hi this is Betty Petrella and I did text David a thank you to him and all his staff for his excellent work that he did but I can thank him again and again and again so I just wanted to say that David did such an excellent job the trauma that I was going through after my sister passed away David was there to help me with the reverse mortgage and because of the pandemic there was so many delays so many snags so many ups and downs and he got me through it he’s truly a wonderful wonderful person I appreciate all of the work that he and his staff and also especially my niece Jenette that David worked with I can’t believe what an excellent job they did and all of the help that they did and got me through such a traumatic time

I get offers all the time in the mail from other mortgage companies that indicate there are lower interest rates available to me, the opportunity to have an equity account set up, and any newOffers that might interest me or be available to me. I get no updates from this mortgage company. They broke you in at an interest rate and that’s where they leave you.

The refinance process is not yet complete and I don't have any other refinance experience to compare. However, I can provide a review regarding the representative handling my refinance. From day one, she has been patient with initial delays on my part, very helpful in answering my questions and has taken time to fully explain the refinance process.
