Your Loan Officers need to have a working knowledge of the product they are selling. Providing a customer with their best guess is dangerous and misleading. The other issue I encountered is not having my refinance fund on the day it was required to fund. This in my opinion, is an unacceptable practice on your part, and possibly ilegal.

Noah Keisleer is outstanding. He was patient and consistently reached out to while I was recovering from my knee replacement surgery. He didn’t get impatient or decide to not call back. His knowledge of the product is exceptional and he has an ability to explain the process. I knew early on that I could rely on him for whatever might come up. Clean and professional handling of all matters. However, the time frame for completion A-Z were terribly slow. In the case of the appraisal the process was not only slow but with no consequences for holding up the loan process.

Unfortunately, the appraiser is an independent nonaffiliated third party. They do not work for us and due to compliance regulations we do not communicate with them or contract them ourselves. We are not allowed to communicate with them directly, only through another third party so we have no influence on their results. They are certified to inspect and evaluate your property in adherence with FHA guides.
