FaresplanetReviews of faresplanet.com

Thank you Cynthia Wilson!! Frustration had built up in me from searching, and not locating a good flight with a decent price. I finally decided to go with a Travel agency "Fareplanet". Whereupon, Cynthia Wilson was my concierge. She is outstanding. A good listener, sympathetic to the needs, calm and quite knowledgeable. After she got my reservations and E-tickets; she did a follow-up to make sure I had my seats assigned. Again thank you Cynthia Wilson!!! You Rock.......

I dealt with Max Hopper. He was very accommodating and most helpful. This was my first time using Faresplanet. A wonderful experience so far.

Cynthia Wilson was very helpful with the whole process. She was professional and courteous. However when communicating the information via email it felt a bit unprofessional because I received blank emails with copy and pasted information with no logo or business signature. This was unsettling and made me nervous but in the end our tickets were booked and legitimate. My only suggestion to Faresplanet would be to make the email process more professional and secure. Especially when large amounts of money and information are exchanged. I also had to wait 24 hours for my E-tickets which was also a bit unnerving but like I said in the end all was good. I have not taken the flight yet but have been confirmed with the airline. I did save a lot of money with faresplanet so I do recommend their services and I also recommend Cynthia Wilson for the agent. You simply ask for her when you call.

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at this agency. Max hopper was more than pleasant and got the job done !!

Cynthia Willson was very helpful and polite girl, she gives to me many options and excellent service. Thank you Cynthia!

Cynthia Willson was super helpful with our plane tickets, she made it easy to understand and provided great personnel service with our seating to and from our destination. Cynthia also offer to help if any issues should arise which is very comforting.

They have saved me almost $500.00 for a round trip flight. Haven't taken the flight yet but have e-tickets and seat assignments....so all is great so far, and thank you Olivia Morris, my customer service person!
