Max Hopper assisted me with purchasing airline tickets at a discounted price. He stayed in touch through the process until my tickets were issued.

Their policy states you need to cancel flight reservations at least 24 hours prior to your departure or else ticket has no refund value. My reservation is for December 15,2022 and I initially called November 29,2022, I was told someone would call me back but that didn't happen. I called again on December 3rd and was told that's not their policy for a refund so I asked about changing reservations for a different date however they wanted $200 more. Please avoid this company at all cost.

Travel agent was quick to respond to my booking. I missed their initial call, and when called back they were busy and associate said they would call me back. The callback came pretty quickly and the agent was very clear on the booking and how to proceed from there. I got my ticket confirmation with preferred seating within the expected time, and I'm looking forward to my trip!

Main reason I am giving a 5 stars because Cynthia Wilson is helpful in resolving the booking glitch I had on Friday. She follow through to the end to make sure the booking is confirmed and called back today to help me find an aisle seat so my mom can be close to us. Thank you Cynthia.
