A review by Marie Ayuk on booking a flight with Noah Parker was 100% efficient. He was very patient and did explained everything in detail

I have booked a trip with Faresplanet and was happy to have receive such great service from beginning to end. I received the best customer service representative and her attention detail was amazing. Her name is Mrs./Ms. Aline Irma. She went above and beyond to get my flights booked and worked diligently. They also saved me over 50% of cost to fly. You can't beat this. I highly recommend this company. I will be a returning client for years to come and also will be referring all my family & friends. Don't pass up this opportunity to receive such stellar service and above all savings to your wallet.

I bait clicked on their pop-up and was talking to a woman about an itinerary I was trying to book and while she was looking up options, I thought I had better check this company out. I googled them, only to find really frightening experiences others had when them. I told her I was sorry, but I didn't want to waste her time or mine and wouldn't be proceeding. I explained the bad reviews and told her Thank you, but no. I hung up and she called me right back. (Curse you, Called ID!) I told her again that nothing she said would change my mind and hung up. She called 3 more times and I just ignored the calls. Then called again at night and because I originally called her from my work phone work, she went through the prompts on our company system to get the 24-hour emergency person and bothered him! Don't even call these people!

We booked our flight to New Orleans using Faresplanet and were pleased with the service we received booking our plane tickets. Max Hopper was the representative that helped us and he was a pleasure to work with. He called multiple times during the process to make sure all of our questions were answered and that our purchase was completed successfully.

We had so many issue with this trip and Max Hopper guided me through so well that I could have a satisfying customer service. He was very calm and very polite, tried to give us best options as possible. I will definitely book on Faresplanet again.

Max Hopper my agent was more than helpful in arranging a more than 50% discount on my international fare, as well as really explaining the itemized fare.

I dealt with Jady Wilson, she was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful to get my reservations completed.
