This is a scam company. I found out after the fact that I was reserving s flight with them. Oh but guess what, they also go by the name Traveloque. Bait and switch!! Thought I was booking for one price and then they called and claimed they could not get they flight and started talking about flight they were much higher. When I did to cancel my reservation, he(Ben...probably a fake name) did I would only get back 50%. I spoke to a supervisor, who was rude and argumentative. We got disconnected, but I called my credit card company. Please stay away from this company. 🙏

⚠️ Consumer Fraud Alert ⚠️ This so-called “travel agency” is nothing more than an organized scam operation. Their entire business model is based on deception and theft. Here is exactly how the scam works: They advertise fake, low-priced fares to lure you in. After you book, they call back claiming the flight is “no longer available.” They pressure you to pay three times the original price for a bogus “upgrade.” When you refuse, they declare the original charge “non-refundable.” Finally, they attempt to shake you down with a $99 fake “processing fee” simply because you won’t fall for their scheme. I dealt directly with their supervisor, Amy, who was aggressive, manipulative, and unprofessional. My original booking was Toronto to Tallahassee for $370 USD. That “deal” was never real. They tried to extort me for more than triple the cost and then threatened extra fees when I refused. This is not a misunderstanding — this is outright fraud. They are a predatory company stealing from unsuspecting customers. Do NOT book with them. Do NOT provide your credit card. Report them to your bank and to consumer protection agencies immediately. 🚫 Avoid this scam at all costs. 🚫

This is a typical travel scam company. They sell you a low flight comparison then will call you back and tell you that flight is no longer available and try to upgrade you to a first class seat that doesn't exist. Took my credit card and believe sold it on the dark web for future false charges. In about a month later when I refuse to upgrade and put a stop payment on my credit card, false charge to Walmart shows up on my credit card. Do NOT do business with these scammers.

DO NOT USE THEM! These guys are scammers out of India. They pretend to price match or upgrade your current cruise of flight. THEY HAVE NO AFFILIATION with that company. They will take your money & run. THANK GOD Chase turned down the transaction!

I got the best experience for my travel. The agent Elly kin was so nice, polite, professional that she helped me in every way she could. She helped me with alot of options and assited me when I was so stressed out. They provide you best service for your flight booking. Loved the service

Never again! I made reservations last night for trip to Boston for what I thought was a great discount. I get a call this morning stating that, if I'm flexible with dates and times I can get the same rate. The price I paid is for standby tickets! They should state that you are purchasing standby tickets if that is the case. The new tickets made with another airlines cost $200 more, but I agreed. Then they want me to give them a code from my bank. No one has ever asked me to give them a code from my bank. They already received my credit card information. Then, after I refused to give them the bank code, told them to cancel the transaction, I see that the transaction is being processed by my bank. I'm going to double check with the airlines that these tickets are legitimate. I do not trust them and I would not recommend them.
