Working with Max Hopper at Faresplanet was very beneficial. When I attempted to purchase an airline ticket online, there was an issue with it that I didn't know about. They called me within minutes of my placing the order online. They helped me find the right airfare and ticket I needed. They also followed up to make sure I'd reviewed my trip plan. I will purchase airline tickets through them as much as possible for future travle.

I recently booked a flight from Atlanta Georgia to Belize for a one week vacation. The representative Max Hopper was very attentive, honest and informative. I was concerned that I would not receive my e ticket in time but he assured me I would and delivered my ticket in a timely manner. I will definitely book with him next year when I travel.

I booked 2 airfare tickets and provided Faresplanet.com with credit card & signed contract. Was told I would get e-tickets within 24hrs. Next day, I called since I did not get my tickets. They explained they made a mistake on the reservation so had to re-issue tickets. I repeatedly emailed/called for 8 days since they promised every-day e-tickets would be sent. 10 days after booking, I knew I would never get them. Had no choice but book travel with another agency. The fare price had gone up exponentially but I was able to purchase and get my e-tickets from the other agency 3 hours later. I told Faresplanet they were fraudulent for not meeting their end of the contract. Also told them I purchased tickets from another agency. That’s when they asked how much I paid for them and if I would consider canceling so they can meet or beat the price. They were willing to provide e-tickets within the hour. Seriously? I had a contracted rate and never got my tickets. This is a complete scam where even the manager was lying to innocent customers. This company should be investigated and shut down. Please report this.

After booking my flight they called me to say that the fare had to be increased, could not tell me why. I followed up 48 hours later as I did not received the confirmation I was promised. I am now 9 days post booking with no confirmation and they will not answer the phone or return my messages. Complete fraud. It felt sketchy from the start, should have trusted my instincts. STAY AWAY!!!
