FareeaseReviews of fareease.com

Abby was very helpful and very nice on helping me on what I need it. It was second time he helped me. I booked a flight online and that flight was on pending because apparently it was oversold, I called and Abby was able to help me with the same flight and still a good price.

The agents who was attending to our calls were great. They did an excellent job.

This company has very rude people that like to take people’s money and they don’t know how to properly work a business. When paying for a flight ticket, they never sent me any form of conformation to my email nor through text message. When I go to check my bank account I notice that my payment for the flight ticket was still pending even though I had made the “payment” May 18th (it’s currently June 10th). I called the company asking what had happened and they told me that I never made such payment but then proceeded to tell me that my so called “purchase” was not refundable. My bank also had told me that my card was trying to be used in another state and went forth to blocking any transactions made. Til this day I am unaware of where the money went to or even if they were able to obtain it before I cancelled my old card and got a new one. But to anyone thinking about purchasing a flight ticket, I don’t recommend you using this traveling agency.

Great advisory given by the executive they were quick to respond to our mails. I found a tremendous deal with them.
