Bella Smith of FareBubble was proactive and wonderfully responsive. When I couldn’t find the exact times and dates, she worked fast and hard to find me best option in my price range. She gave me several options and kept my costs down. I was very impressed.

Elena Lopez was very timely, paid attention to detail and made sure that I received all necessary commutation and confirmations before getting off the phone with me. I really appreciate all of her help with my last minute booking.

Kevin Lopez did a great job in figuring out our itinerary for Puerto Vallarta. We were looking for direct flights and he was able to get us confirmed tickets for our vacation. One area where Farebubble can improve is reducing the wait time for talking to a customer service representative.

I discovered FareBubble via Momondo. After monitoring prices across other platforms, I purchased a ticket for a better price than others I was seeing. Unfortunately the original flight was overbooked, BUT Jennifer called, followed up with a text to alert me. After a quick call and email to confirm, she was able to get me seats on another flight with a similar itinerary as originally booked, and better airline for a small change fee. Excellent communication and customer service took my day from stressful to filled with relief. This is my first time using FareBubble, but it certainly won’t be my last.
