This is my 2nd time using Farebubble in 2 weeks. My representative Elena was efficient and polite. I found this company when I searched flights on Momondo. You will need at least 24 hours to receive your e-ticket (payment confirmation happens approx 1-2 hours after transaction. Don’t worry, they are legitimate (I was nervous my first time) but here I am booking another flight and I have my e-ticket confirmed and in the Delta system. I recommend the company and will use them again soon. Thank you Elena for your help and quick service

Amazing customer service from Sara. She ensured to search for alternative flights per our requirements when one we booked was too full and also made sure to call back and confirm our reservation was confirmed. Great work!

Pros: They offered a great price and service. They followed up and provided clarifications and details needed. If this was provided after the very first call, experience would have been lot smoother. Improvement Areas: 1) They took much longer than other travel agencies to provide ticket reference number which made us question the authenticity of the transaction itself and led to confusion. 2) The customer care number does not specify their operating hours. It routes you to voicemail with the message that there was a high call volume, again leading to anxious consumer.
