I booked a ticket via Momondo through them from JED to MED and the price was great. Also, gave me bags option which was cheaper to book with them than with the airlines. Awesome support Azam did a great job

Last month I had a disappointing experience, wherein I booked a flight reservation with farebubble, but they had to cancel it the next day due to overbooking. I was very unhappy at the time, and when they tried to rebook me on different flights at inconvenient times and greater cost, I complained. I explained to them that because of this I was taking my business elsewhere. So, why 5 stars, then? Well, I recently received a call from Casper w/ FareBubble, he worked through the issue with me and took great care to make sure all of my needs were met on a new, different itinerary. He has restored my faith in FareBubble as a whole by going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. If only other organizations' customer service teams took such care! I would recommend FareBubble to anybody who might ask, and look forward to booking with them again in the future.
