Perhaps the Best Online Telephony service, at affordable prices. I had some issues with my UK number, and they were quick to help. Highly recommended.

5 days ago, I see another reviewer gave Fanytel 1 star. I have come to do the same thing. I too bought a number that does not function. No matter what I try, text messages will not send. I can receive texts, but Reply never works. I have tried: restart phone, log in and out of app, sending to multiple contacts, wifi vs data, even traveled to the USA. Secondly, whenever I call someone, it shows up on their phone as "unlisted." Fanytel support told me that is how all their U.S. number display. Fanytel cannot resolve the issue. I have been in contact with Fanytel costumer support for a full week about my text issue and they finally said, "There is no issue with your account." I replied that I am going to move to a company that actually has products that work. No response. I'm trying Ultra Mobile now. They have a $3 per month plan.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience you’ve faced while using our service. Regarding SMS issues, delivery depends on several factors, including carrier restrictions and compliance regulations. While most of our numbers support both sending and receiving SMS, certain destinations or networks may have limitations. As for the caller ID displaying to the USA as "unlisted," this is due to recent FCC regulations aimed at reducing fraud and spam. These regulations require VoIP providers to comply with strict caller ID policies, and non-compliance can result in significant fines. We understand your frustration, and we appreciate your feedback.

Terrible. I bought a number that does not function and I have no way to get another number unless I buy again. No way to reach customer service.
