I experienced one of the worst experiences in my life with this app. They provided me with a phone number that belonged to a criminal (literally). I was getting calls from many of his contacts about stuff related to his activities. I contact the support about this issue 7 days ago but I haven't received a response till now, which is totally unacceptable for such situation!!!

I am using a Fanytel number, and it's been a month. My experience with them is good, as I work from Pakistan on the UK-based projects, and it's working well on WhatsApp—I am also able to receive SMS and calls. After installing the app on the phone, I am able to get the WhatsApp code on call as well, which is a good thing. Overall good experience.

Worst Experience – Data Disappeared After Adding Credit! Extremely disappointed with this service. Today, I added a $5 credit to my account, but right after logging out and logging back in, all of my previous data, history, and records completely disappeared! Losing user data after making a payment is unacceptable. It feels like a severe system glitch or a total lack of account security. Very terrible system and useless customer support experience. Absolutely do not recommend this platform! Stay away if you value your data.

They are real - they do provide a virtual phone number, but it is SHARED so you get other peoples random texts, AND their billing system is dog water - and they take a long time for your credit to show, etc. If you have to use a virutal number - thier fine, it will work but its a b tier service. their website is ok but their mobile app sucks

This app is a scam, they are good at looting people. I recharged with 9.99$, but i never got the credits and their customer refused to refund my money.

When renting a phone, they sometimes double or even triple the price and fail to correct the error later—essentially making an unfair profit. Furthermore, deposited funds don't show up in the account immediately; they insist on seeing a picture of the transaction on the credit card statement (why do they even do that? No other place has such a policy).
