This is an awesome product, has all accessories you need to finish your job , portable , compact , everything in a single place

Both items had discounts that was great. I moved from ifixit to yall and so far I have no plans to go back. I own 5 to 6 items. They all have been great.

This company sells cheap defective products and the customer service is terrible. Avoid this company. Fanttik sells cheap defective products. AVOID Fanttik.

I believe a lot of these complaints are due to a scam company trading as Fanttic i reported the company and the website has now been taken down as i had a the same experience. since i have gone to the official website and had no problems with their communication or delivery.

wanted to ask a question about brand new inflator (and mention printing error in user manual). I got a recording asking to leave a message. What company with top rated product would do that? the quality of support should always match product quality. I am a retired marketing exec!

Purchased a X9Pro tire inflator from someone on Ebay. It was used very little but the first time I really needed it to inflator it failed to work correctly. Their website stated that my unit had plenty of left on warranty . Fanttik would not cover warranty because it was bought on Ebay. They did not offer repair or replacement. I feel this was a waste of money for a piece of junk because it had not been used much at all.

Do not order from this website!! They will take your money and give you the run around. My item was shipped using 17track which is impossible to contact because it doesn’t exist. I called the only number I could find for this shipping company and it was a different company who said they are scammers and I should dispute the charge with my bank. They provided me with shipping details to make me believe my item was on its way but it was never delivered nor was it ever out for delivery. The status of my shipment was updated to say “pickup” but they don’t tell you where to pickup from and you are absolutely unable to contact anyone to figure out why they won’t deliver/how can you pick it up. Thankfully I used PayPal but they are not a genuine company, only out to take peoples money. Please steer clear.
