Hi my boyfriend tried plugging in the charger and unfortunately it doesn’t charge ! The green light will come on for a split second and immediately turn off. Please help and let me know what we can do about this please and thank

Time from order to delivery was average. Product is nicely packaged. Vacuum function is not as strong as expected, but blower is great. I like having both on the same device. I also like the longer hose attachment.
