I enioy the Fanttik brand and have purchased 3 products so far. I know the company to make quality products that are easy to use. This is especially true for the camping products. In my case I would have appreciated more communication regarding the shipping time and updates regarding my deliveries.

Grinding toolset had to be resent because it failed to ship after 2 weeks. Customer service was great about getting it shipped out in 4 days after contacting them.3rd item purchased within 2 months. Great quality tools for the money so far. Just realize that items take longer to receive than 3 to 4 days listed at checkout.

Update to my previous review. After much effort I was able to get Fanttik to replace the defective vac so they finally stood by their warranty and assisted me. It was difficult and frustrating but in the end Fanttik finally replaced my unit. THANK YOU Fanttik wrote me back soliciting suggestions to improve their business. Fanttik if u wish to hire me please make me an offer!

Order process was effortless and shipping was quick. I ordered the cardboard cutter. It works as intended, but it will still fatigue your arm after awhile. Safety feature are nice but get annoying after an hour of cutting boxes. Sometimes I just want to be wreckless.
